Mary Ann first visited Lemong’o in 2024, where she spent time teaching at Belgrove Primary School. During her stay, she brought books, school supplies, and shared her love of music and education, donating more than 40 recorders to students and teachers alike. Inspired by her experience, she remained closely connected to the community and later collaborated with George Amadeus to co-author and publish Nge and the Magical Drums, a Maasai folktale. Mary Ann is honored to serve as Vice President of the Board and is deeply committed to supporting the mission and ongoing work of The Lemong’o Project.
